ASTRA BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, LLC operates the WWW.ASTRABH.COM website (the “Website”). (b)  IP Address: Your IP Address is a number that is automatically assigned to the device that you are using by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). An IP Address is identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever a user visits our Website, along with the time of the visit and the page(s) that were visited. Collecting IP Addresses is standard practice on the internet and is done automatically by many websites. We use IP Addresses for purposes such as calculating usage levels, helping diagnose server problems, for compliance and security purposes.

Article VI.  WEBSITE USE BY MINORS
Section 6.01   ASTRA BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, LLC Website is not intended for children under the age of 18 without parental consent. ASTRA BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, LLC does not knowingly allow individuals under the age of 18 to provide us with Personal Identifiable Information.
