Medication Management involves monitoring medications to ensure our patients achieve their desired outcomes. Our prescribers require a thorough review of prescribed medications to build your treatment plan and monitor medication efficacy. It is a comprehensive, integrated and individualized process with the aim of achieving high effectiveness, and safety of medications.

Psychiatric Evaluation is an evaluation that is performed in order to determine, diagnose, or rule out, a mental health, developmental, or behavioral disorder. During a psychiatric evaluation, our psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner, will ask questions, conduct tests, and perform observations in order to complete the assessment. Our psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner will gather information about current symptoms, past symptoms, genetics, and other factors to help determine a diagnosis and treatment plan. This evaluation usually takes 60 minutes to complete, but can vary depending on the complexity of the diagnosis, your unique situation, as well as your willingness to work with the psychiatrist or nurse practitioner. If medication is decided to be the best option, you will be informed and educated about the specific medication uses, and side effects.

Psychiatric evaluations can also involve other testing, which may include:

  • Blood work

  • Psychological assessments

  • Physical exam

  • GeneSight testing

  • Other standardized assessment tools
