School-Based Therapy
School-Based Therapy provides outpatient behavioral health treatment for children and adolescents during, or after, school hours. Our School-Based Therapists work within local elementary, middle and high schools to help students overcome behavioral, emotional or social problems that interfere with their school work and/or within the home.
Common behavioral problems can include:

How to enroll in school based therapy:
For Parents or Guardians: Parents or guardians may request School Based services with Astra through your child's school, contact out school based program offices directly, or click the red "Get Started" button below to complete your child's registration forms. The completed registration forms are automatically sent to a member of our office staff who will reach out in 1-3 business days after submission to schedule the initial consultation. If you would like to speak with a member of our school based program staff directly, please contact either the Bardstown or Hardinsburg office.
For school staff or outside agencies: to refer a student or patient for School Based Therapy with Astra, please fill out our one page referral form and email the completed referral form to intake@astrabh.com or contact the Bardstown or Hardinsburg office to speak with a intake coordinator.
