HOW TO BEGIN TREATMENT
Patient Registration Forms
Visit the "Patient Forms" tab on our website, or stop by your local Astra Behavioral Health office to grab a paper copy of our Patient Registration forms to complete to complete your first step.
Schedule your Initial Evaluation
Within 1-3 business days, our intake coordinator will contact you to match you with a provider based on your individual needs. You can chose either telehealth sessions, in-person, or a mix of both.
Meet with your provider
The Initial Evaluation is necessary for the provider to get to know you, similar to an interview of sorts. Healing takes time. It is highly unlikely you will experience a change after the first appointment. Be patient with your process.

Seeking mental health services can be scary, but it doesn’t have to be. At Astra Behavioral Health, we have a dedicated team of mental health professionals who will guide you through the process to achieve the individualized care unique to your needs within our full continuum of care.
As a Parent or Guardian,
we keep you informed
Whether your child is receiving therapy, medications or enrolled in one of our specialty programs, we want to ensure you are fully informed and apart of your child's treatment. Family therapy can be requested at any time during the treatment process and could be a beneficial option for everyone within the household.
As a Healthcare Provider, we work with you to create the best care plan for your patient
